Thanks to the innovative seal receptacle of the
TDS®-connectors, it is possible to use the corresponding
TDS®- seals optimally for all usual connection situations for
the valves in the beverage industry – approx.100 possibilities.
Made of stainless steel 1.4301
Manufactured as single piece, both straight and curved
connectors (full material), rounded at the front to avoid damaging the tube
No soldering, welding or gluing joints
Suitable for tubes with ID from 3 to 7 mm (blue)
Suitable for tubes with ID from 8 to 10 mm (green)
Suitable for threads G 1/2“, G 5/8“ and G 3/4“
With the appropriate seals suitable for almost all
fittings / valves from various manufacturers
Seals: Hytrel, high compressive strength, long life,
heat-resistant up to +110 °C, cold-resistant up to -40 °C,
Chemical characteristics: high resistance against pure
acids, chemicals, solvents, oils etc.
Prevention of contamination by dirt, in particular
microorganisms. In addition it acts as a gapless system
where cavities, dead spaces and gaps can be avoided
Flow-favorable design, without sharp edges, resembles
manufacturing tolerances of the fittings / valves
