In the glass column filled with cold water, the beer makes its way through the glass spiral to the tap. The cold chain is closed from the beer keg cooling to just before the tap. In addition, the complete transparency of the sterile glass allows the bar staff, as well as the guest, an optimal view into the system hygiene. The old saying “brewed with love, messed up at the tap” is finally a thing of the past. The prescribed cleaning intervals are child’s play with the glass dispenser. Modern cleaning liquids equipped with color indicators can be flushed through in just a few minutes and the cleaning progress can be easily observed. During idle periods, the glass dispenser is covered with an insulating sleeve. This reduces the energy consumption of the wet cooler and protects the beer from UV radiation.
